摩托車外殼塗裝生產(chan) 線

該塗裝線分為(wei) 自動噴塗及手工噴塗兩(liang) 種線體(ti) ，自動噴塗線采用新型地麵爬坡輸送機，運行平穩，產(chan) 品始終處於(yu) 水平狀態，有利於(yu) 噴塗良率的保證。噴塗方式采用高效塗裝機器人，有效提高噴塗質量的穩定性；手工噴塗線采用鏈條作為(wei) 牽引和承載工件的載體(ti) ，輸送能力大，可承載較大的載荷；.輸送控製多樣化，輸送平穩，易於(yu) 實現積放輸送，應用廣泛；塗裝室采用循環風模式，大大降低運行時的空調能耗以及廢氣處理難度；

The Barge motor cover coating line was designed and fabricated with new innovation technology, and its conveyor was equipped with new type climbing slope conveyor to keep parts in horizontal. This coating booth is automatic recycle air ventilation type to decrease energy consumption and waste air emitting, used coating robot to increase product high quality and stability.

指紋識別芯片目前在各種智能化產(chan) 品中廣泛運用，新力光專(zhuan) 門為(wei) 此研製了適合此噴塗流程的塗裝生產(chan) 線。線體(ti) 不單流程結構合理，噴塗精準，一次良品率非常高。
